Western Power is announcing its sponsorship of the Yongergnow Australian Malleefowl Centre for $20,000.
The Distribution Headworks Scheme provides a fairer and more equitable method for funding electricity network upgrades in regional areas. The Scheme shares the costs of upgrades amongst all future users of the network.
Western Power would like to thank all community members who nominated to participate in Phase I. The PPC team is looking forward to working with the Focus Group to review and evaluate Phase I tie-in options.
Construction of the new 330 kV transmission line from the south-west will need to connect into the exisiting 330 kV network by 2011.
