The Bibra Lake to Cannington transmission line is now complete and in-service. Western Power is continuing to fulfil its landscaping and rehabilitation commitments to local residents and Main Roads WA. This work is ongoing and the timeframe for completion will depend on factors such as seasonal rainfall.
The future power needs of Perth's south-eastern corridor have been addressed by constructing a new high voltage transmission line from Bibra Lake to Cannington.
