This section provides information for developers and designers of large subdivisions or specific site (single lot) projects. Information on subdividing up to 4 lots can be found under the Subdividing section.
A formal issues resolution path (PDF 11kb) is available as a means for developers / designers to raise issues about specific subdivision projects. It is also a process for escalating the issue, if developers / designers feel it has not been satisfactorily resolved. The Community Relations Manager is the customer advocate throughout the process and manages the issue with appropriate senior Western Power staff.
